Job Overview:

Peachtree Debt Relief is a fast-growing debt settlement company looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. Working alongside with agency partners, this individual will be an integral part of the performance marketing team driving the optimization of campaigns, targeting requirements and reporting. A successful candidate will have experience with management and scaling of a marketing channel utilizing data to prove definitively that incremental investment resulted in positive return, analytical and data-driven. This role will focus on the investigation, prioritization, and implementation of new and developing inbound, growth channels and sources to drive ROI positive top-line growth. Working alongside internal and agency partners, this individual will be an integral part of the performance marketing team driving the optimization of campaigns, targeting requirements and reporting. A successful candidate will have experience with management and scaling of a marketing channel utilizing data to prove definitively that incremental investment resulted in positive ROI return.

Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of marketing campaigns on a variety of Mailer, LiveTransfer, Call Center, Digital Social Media, Google PPC platforms via agency partnerships. Optimize and report on marketing activities across these channels with upper management .
Remain informed of current and developing technology trends and best practices; translating them into ROIs, sharing with internal team to help grow our position in the market space.
Work closely with agency and/or publishing partners to collaborate on high profile campaigns and participate in beta tests.
Partner with sales operations team to facilitate collaborative production of sales enablement, training and sales collateral materials.
Find efficiencies in existing processes and build new processes from the ground up
measure, report and optimize performance weekly of all activities.
Build and distribute structured reports that reflect key KPIs of individual channels.
Use different tracking methodologies to understand the cross-channel impact of activities.
Work with stakeholders to ensure tagging and tracking implementation.

Qualifications:
Passionate technologist, and obsessed marketing innovation and user experience.
Proving performance of channels and working with performance marketing metrics (i.e CPM, CPA & LTV).
Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to convey and communicate this knowledge appropriately to audiences across a broad range of understanding and non-technical backgrounds.
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Excellent presentation skills and influencing ability to articulate our capabilities to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders and drive their development, adoption and growth.
Passion for and experience in building or growing businesses and revenue streams.

Education/Experience:
5+ years of channel management experience in a fast-paced, ROI driven environment.
Experience in performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition.

Experience performing quantitative analysis resulting in data-informed recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
